
LOFTUS LANE REFURBISHMENT
Cosmo Colours was engaged to undertake the painting and protective coating Of two 19th century heritage buildings as a Of the Quay Quarter precinct development.
The Gartpoli Memorial Club buJding. which dates from 1880 was restored and conserved by Cosmo Colours in With Other Contractors
The project involved exterior and works including;
- Facade restoration & remedation,
- Painting to external facades and components,
- Painting to internal Windows, doors and lift shafts,
- Epoxy coatings to structural steel portals and stairs
Nearby heritage-listed 1860s wool-store, Hinchcliffe House, was restored and
aesthetically remediated by Cosmo Colours in collaboration with other project contractors.
Our exterior and interior works included the followings;
- Lime washing of external facades.
- Sign writing & stenciling
- Lead-based encapsulation
- External & Internal painting works
- Staining to heritage timber ceilings
- Epoxy protective coatings to steel stairs and ramps
